Help

Questions, answered plainly.

Is it really scented — or is "scented" just a style name?

Really scented. Some listings online use "fragrance style" as a fashion term that has nothing to do with smell. Ours is different: the scent is a named feature of the exact garment, stated by its maker — mint fragrance in the tee's fabric, jasmine in the socks. If a product can't say that, we don't sell it.

What do the scents smell like?

Mint: a clean, cool mint. Jasmine: a soft floral jasmine. We describe them in plain words and invent nothing beyond what the makers state — see the scent library.

How long does the scent last?

Scent is strongest when you first open your order and softens over time and with washing. That's true of all scented clothing. We publish no wash counts — our numbers will come from real customer reports, published on the product pages as orders land.

How long is shipping, really?

Estimated delivery is about 2–4 weeks after ordering, for every launch product. Orders ship from our supplier in China; you'll get tracking by email when your order is on its way. The window is printed on every product card and again at checkout — no surprises.

Will I owe customs or duty on delivery?

Our prices are built with shipping and import costs already inside them, and store shipping is free. If a customs bill ever arrives differently than described here, contact us before paying it — email support@prescented.com.

What if the scent isn't for me — or for my gift recipient?

Returns come to us in Texas. Unworn items have 30 days; and if the scent isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery even if the item was opened to smell it — opening it is the product experience. Full details on Shipping & returns.

How do I wash scented clothing?

Cold, gentle, mild unscented detergent, and line dry when you can. Those are general care tips for scented fabric — more on the journal.

I have fragrance sensitivities. Should I order?

We hold no safety certifications for these garments, and we won't pretend otherwise. If you have fragrance sensitivities, this may not be for you — and we'd rather lose the sale than have you find out the hard way.

Where do returns go?

To us, in Texas. Email us first and we'll authorize the return and give you the return address privately — we don't post it publicly.
