Terms of sale

Who we are

PreScented is a small online store based in Bedford, Texas, USA. Product descriptions are governed by each product page; prices are in US dollars and include shipping. Texas sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

Orders and shipping windows

Each product page states its delivery window (currently: estimated delivery about 2–4 weeks after ordering, shipped from our supplier in China). That window is part of your order. If we cannot ship within the promised window, we will email you a revised date and your options: consent to wait, or cancel for a full refund (including any shipping) to your original payment method. If the revised date is more than 30 days beyond the original window or cannot be given, silence is never consent — the order is cancelled and refunded unless you affirmatively agree to wait. Rule-required refunds are issued within 7 working days of cancellation, and we never substitute store credit for a refund the rules require.

Returns

Returns follow our Shipping & returns page, which is part of these terms: 30 days for unworn items, a 14-day scent-satisfaction path, returns to Texas with postage reimbursed as described there, and refunds to the original payment method.

Errors

If a price or description is plainly wrong (a typo that changes the deal), we may cancel the order before shipping with a full refund, and we'll tell you why.

Liability

We are the seller of record for every order, including where a supplier fulfills it — a supplier's delay is our problem to fix with you, not yours. These terms are governed by Texas law. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
