What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and phone number (for delivery). When you join our email list, we keep your email address and where you joined from. We do not collect or store card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details go to Stripe, never to us.

Why

To take your payment, ship your order, email you about it (confirmation, tracking, any delay choices), and — only if you joined the list — to tell you about new scents. We do not sell personal information.

Who processes it

• Stripe — payments and receipts.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website.
• Our supplier in China — receives your name, shipping address, and phone number so your order can be made and shipped to you. That sharing is how the order is fulfilled; we share only what delivery needs.
• Hostinger — hosts our support mailbox.

Your choices

Email support@prescented.com to see, correct, or delete your information, or to leave the email list (every list email also carries an unsubscribe path). We keep order records as long as accounting and consumer law require, then delete them.

Cookies

This site keeps your shopping bag in your own browser's local storage. We run no advertising trackers. If that changes, this page changes the same day.
