Shipping & returns

Shipping

Every launch product shows the same honest window: estimated delivery about 2–4 weeks after ordering. Orders ship from our supplier in China — that's how a store with zero warehouse can offer these pieces at all. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Shipping is free. Our prices are built with shipping and import costs already inside them. If a customs bill ever arrives differently than described here, contact us before paying it.

If your delivery window ever changes, we'll email you your options — wait, or a full refund. If an order can't ship within its promised window, you may cancel for a full refund to your original payment method, shipping included.

Returns

Returns come to us in Texas — never back to China, never to the supplier.

  • 30 days from delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags and packaging.
  • The scent path: if the scent isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery — even if the item was opened to smell it. Opening it is the product experience; we won't punish it.
  • Arrived with no scent at all? That's a defect, not buyer's remorse: full refund or replacement, your choice.
  • Gift returns follow the same terms. Refunds go to the original payment method; store credit is only ever your option, never imposed.

Who pays for return shipping

We do. Here's exactly how it works at our size: email support@prescented.com first — we'll authorize the return and give you the Texas return address privately. Ship it back with USPS Ground Advantage (or the cheapest tracked option) and keep the postage receipt. When the return arrives, we reimburse your actual postage together with your refund. For low-value items we may simply ask you not to return them.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method, initiated within 5 business days of your return arriving (or of approval, where no return is needed). After we initiate it, your bank's posting time is your bank's. For hygiene, returned items are not resold as new.

Exchanges

We hold no stock in Texas to swap from, so an exchange is a refund plus a new order. We'd rather tell you that now than promise a swap we can't ship.
